Op vrijdag 22 februari vond in Alkmaar het spiksplinternieuw evenement “Fonkelstad” plaats. Nadat het twee weken eerder was afgelast vanwege het weer. Daarentegen was het dit keer droog, windstil en de temperatuur was lente-achtig. Dat is niet alleen gunstig voor dit (winter)evenement, maar ook voor mij, want het maken van een reportage wordt er natuurlijk nog een leuker van.
Voor het bedrijf VR Alkmaar, wat een onderdeel van Lasertag Alkmaar maakte ik een fotoreportage voor de website en drukwerk. Al eerder mocht ik voor hun de foto’s en deze promovideo maken voor de lasergame afdeling.
In opdracht van Vnieuws maakte ik een portret van Eva Krul. Zij werkt als vrijwilliger bij de Nederlandse Kitesurf Vereniging. Ik vroeg in een interview naar haar beweegredenen en ik ging mee naar Wijk aan zee om actiebeelden te maken. Want ze is daarnaast ook gewoon een fervent kitesurfer.
Voor het bedrijf Lasertag Alkmaar maakte ik de onderstaande promovideo. Het entertain bedrijf wilde graag dat het gevoel van videogames goed naar voren kwam. Bovendien is lasergamen net zoals een spelletje doen achter de computer, maar je moet er dan wel echt voor bewegen. Real life gaming, zoals eigenaar Marlon Meereboer dat noemt.
